Suche Musik/Lieder mit häufigen Melodie/Tempo/Rhytmus-Wechseln bzw. mit Polyrhytmen, also im Grunde Musik mit unvorhersehbaren Wechseln. Kann elektronisch sein, muss aber nicht.

hmm, dann empfehl ich mal noch einige sehr unterschiedliche bands, da könnte was für dich dabei sein:
The Hirsch Effekt (Das Album "holon: hiberno") - musikstudenten aus hannover, sind eine "Indielectro-Post-Punk-Metal-DIY-Band" und in diesem bereich hierzulande imo der heißeste scheiß. Gefrickelter Lärm und ruhige Parts mit Streichern oder kaputten Beats gehen irgendwie Hand in Hand.
Dyse ("Lieder sind brüder der revolution" und die selftitled) - lediglich drummer & gitarrist, ebenfalls Deutsche. Sau cooller Noise, ausschließlich schiefe Takte und dennoch unglaublich eingängig.
BATS ("Red in Tooth & Claw") - physiknerds aus den USA, die einzigartigen postcore machen. trifft aber wohl schon nicht mehr so ganz die defnition von deiner suche.
und: Cirlce Takes the Square kann ich natürlich immer noch empfehlen.
Fast vergessen hätte ich dabei Gospel ("the moon is a dead world", produziert von Kurt Ballou), die gehen in eine ähnliche Richtung, da auch hier Prog-Rock-Einflüsse (der Drummer!!) mit modernem HC zusammenkommen, sind aber doch ganz anders. Hörprobe 1 und Hörprobe 2.
